Narrative consultation for practitioners

My practice could be described as a collaborative deconstruction and research but instead of you ‘being researched’ you are the researcher of your life and experience and I your accompanying researcher with questions - as witness and as curious co-conspirator. The mode of transport is stories and the meaning you ascribe has the possibility to make visible the ideas that are influential and the power from which they have the ability to form challenges and problems. Once ideas are made visible the possibilities of actively shaping how much we lean into them or step away becomes clear.
My practice attends to the gaps and spaces between things - that mysterious and turbulent, yet all too familiar, liminal or in-between spaces that appear - often without warning and can stay with us, if not hold us as we continue to make attempts to move to who we are becoming. I currently offer therapeutic consultation to individuals, couples and families who wish to engage with a counsellor remotely via the internet or in written and other non-verbal or non-immediate forms.
